His Tag Antibody

THETM His tag antibody has superior affinity, able to recognize 6xHis-, 5xHis-, and 4xHis-tags. Even if the 6xHis-tag is only partially exposed, it will still be identified and bound by THETM His tag antibody. THETM His tag antibody, which is produced from mice ascites and purified by protein A affinity column, also recognizes native as well as denatured forms of synthetic polyhistidine and polyhistidine-tagged fusion proteins. Furthermore, THETM His tag antibody recognizes His Tags placed at N-terminal, C-terminal, and internal regions of fusion proteins expressed in bacteria, insect, and mammalian cells. THETM His tag antibody can be widely used in Western blot analysis, Dot blot analysis, ELISA, immunofluorescent staining, and flow cytometry of cultured cells.
