ONE-HOUR Western™ Advanced Kits

GenScript ONE-HOUR Western™ Advanced Kits are designed to detect proteins with very low concentration. The kits boost greater sensitivity with much less antibody. ONE-HOUR Western™ Advanced kits contain all the necessary reagents, buffers, nitrocellulose membranes, and HRP substrates for performing a Western blot.

1. Comparison of the two ONE-HOUR Western™ Kits of different sensitivities using monoclonal antibodies:

Western blots of GST proteins using different ONE-HOUR Western™ Kits: Standard (L00205C) and Advanced (L00242). 33.0, 11.0, 3.60, 1.20, 0.41, 0.13 and 0.045 ng of GST proteins were loaded into Lanes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, respectively.

2. Comparison of the two ONE-HOUR Western™ Kits of different sensitivities using polyclonal antibodies:
